The DATCO Nip Roll is a compression roller built to improve adhesive bonding. Two opposing rollers draw the substrate through and apply even, controlled pressure across its full width. That pressure forces glued surfaces into firm contact, producing stronger, more reliable bonds.
Use it anywhere materials need to be pressed together after glue is applied — laminating, bonding, and assembly work all benefit from consistent nip pressure. Like every DATCO machine, the Nip Roll is made in the USA and built from off-the-shelf, serviceable parts.

The Nip Roll's two rollers apply steady, even pressure across the entire width of your material as it passes through. Full contact means the adhesive bonds properly — fewer weak spots, fewer rejects, and a cleaner finished surface.
