The Mounted Cold Roll takes our proven Cold Roll applicator and mounts it on a rolling stand. Instead of finding bench space, you get a self-contained cart you can move where the work is and lock in place. The same reliable, easily maintained cold glue roll — now mobile.

Built on a Rolling Stand
The whole unit rides on a heavy steel stand with locking casters, so you can wheel it to the job and lock it in place. The 240V control panel puts speed and motor controls right at hand, and the applicator still breaks down for cleaning in seconds.

The Applicator Up Close
Seen from the top, the aluminum application roll runs the length of the unit, with a driven hold-down roller mounted above it. The powered hold-down roller pulls the substrate through and presses it firmly against the glue roll, giving positive feed and even coverage on everything from thin labels to thicker products.
