The DATCO Hot Roll

The DATCO Hot Roll is the mainstay of our product line. It offers the widest range of features and optional accessories, so it adapts to the widest range of applications. In short, it is a highly customizable solution for your packaging and product assembly projects.

The Hot Roll is built to drive productivity. A variable-speed motor lets you set the exact speed of the roller for greater output, and a microprocessor temperature control displays both the set point and the actual temperature so you always run with accuracy.

Hot Roll Features (All Models)

  • 2½" diameter rolls
  • Delta microprocessor temperature controls with digital display
  • Brother International AC gear motors
  • Electronic variable-frequency (variable speed) drive
  • Under-temperature protection (the motor cannot start until the unit is up to temperature)
