The DATCO Basic Roll
The DATCO Basic Roll is our simplest glue application system, designed for straightforward product assembly and packaging work. Exceptionally easy to operate, it offers a cost-effective way to bond corrugated to foam, foam to foam, and other basic material combinations.
A constant-speed motor keeps operation simple — set it and let it run. The Basic Roll is available in 6" and 12" roll lengths.

Simple Operation
The control panel is simple and intuitive, with an illuminated main power switch, a motor start-stop switch, and a single knob for setting the temperature.
Operation is just as easy. Plug the machine into a 120-volt outlet, set the temperature, and switch it on. Once it reaches the set temperature, the motor is enabled and you are ready to begin your project.
